School Uniform

ST JOHN’S STONEFOLD SCHOOL UNIFORM:

AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUPERMARKET:  White short sleeved shirts, Grey Trousers, Grey Skirts, Grey shorts, Red/White gingham dress, black tracksuit trousers or shorts, grey socks for boys and girls.  Black or grey tights for girls and white socks in the summer.  Black pumps or plain black trainers.

School uniform WITH LOGO’S ON – new v-necked school jumper, school cardigan school tie’s and checked pinafore or checked skirts are available from Abbey Street Uniform in Accrington and Whittaker’s in Oswaldtwistle Mills and Blackburn.

Your child will also need a book bag to take home any reading books, completed work and any correspondence letters.  It’s not necessary to send them with a large rucksack.

Jewellery is not part of the school uniform and should not be worn.  Some children wear earrings.  These should be stud earrings and need to be removed for PE.  We recommend that they are not worn at all on PE days as Teachers cannot remove or replace earrings.

Hair – Pupils should not have bleached, dyed, multi-coloured or designer styles ie. Nike tick, tramlines etc. or any extreme hair styles.  Children with long hair (below collar) will need to tie it back for reasons of safety and hygiene.

NO MAKE UP OR NAIL VARNISH ARE ALLOWED IN SCHOOL
